Description of services

MS AI Digital designs and builds websites, business process automation systems, and AI agents tailored to a client's needs (e.g. sorting and handling email, drafting replies, integrating with business tools). The website also offers:

• AI savings calculator — an informational tool that estimates potential time savings based on the figures you enter;
• Case studies — showcases of past projects, including illustrative demonstrations of how AI agents work;
• An inquiry form — used to request a detailed, personalized quote.

The final scope, price, delivery timeline and warranties for any specific project are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

Use of the website

You may use the site and its tools only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• submit false, inaccurate, or someone else's information through our forms;
• use the site if you are under 18 — the detailed quote form requires an explicit confirmation of age;
• attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or copy, decompile, or scrape the site's content;

Actual time and cost savings depend on the specifics of your business, processes and implementation, and are confirmed only after a detailed review carried out before any agreement is signed. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an automatically generated estimate.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, design, graphics, logo, source code, case studies and their illustrations — is owned by MS AI Digital or used under appropriate license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. Copying, distributing, or modifying this content without prior written consent is prohibited, except to the extent permitted by law (e.g. quotation with attribution).

Intellectual property rights over solutions, code and systems built for a specific client are governed by that client's separate service agreement.

Pricing, quotes and payment

Figures shown on the site (including AI calculator results and savings examples in case studies) are illustrative and do not represent a final price. The final price, payment schedule, and delivery terms are provided in a written quote after we review your needs, and become binding only once both parties sign an agreement or written proposal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS AI Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation does not exclude or limit liability where the law expressly prohibits doing so (for example, for intent or gross negligence, or under applicable consumer protection law).

Disclaimer of warranties
