MS AI Digital ("we", "us", "our") builds websites, automation systems and AI agents for business clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data of website visitors and prospective or existing clients, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection, and other applicable data protection law.
By using our website or submitting an inquiry through our contact form, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not submit your data to us.

Why we process data
We process personal data only on the following legal bases:
Your consent — when you submit the quote form, accept this policy and our terms of service, or opt in to marketing communications.
Steps taken prior to entering into a contract — when you send us an inquiry, we process your data to prepare a quote and respond to your request.
Our legitimate interest — to prevent abuse (rate limiting, spam-bot protection) and to keep orderly business records, applied proportionately and with respect for your rights.
Legal obligation — where retaining or disclosing data is required by applicable law.

The AI calculator and data processing

The calculator does not ask for personal data
The figures you enter into the savings calculator (industry, employee count, hours) are processed by our AI system solely to generate an estimate. We do not require your name, email or other identifying information for the calculator to work.
Calculator inputs are passed to our AI service provider to generate a savings estimate and automation suggestions. This data is not used to train third-party models and is not retained any longer than needed to generate and return the result. The savings calculator and the quote form live on separate pages of the site; to carry your inputs from one to the other, they are temporarily stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device, not on our server, and are cleared from your device as soon as your request is sent successfully. If you carry the calculator's results over into the quote form, they are then stored together with your contact details as part of your inquiry, per Section 8.
Automated estimates are informational and do not constitute a binding offer or financial advice.

Cookies, Google Analytics & Google Ads
The site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. We plan to introduce Google Analytics (to measure traffic and usage) and Google Ads (to measure ad performance and remarketing) in the future. This policy will be updated before those tools go live, and a cookie consent banner will appear on the site allowing you to:
accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies before they are set;
change your choice at any time;
keep using the site's core features without consenting to analytics or advertising cookies.
Once active, these tools may set cookies that collect data such as your IP address (truncated/anonymized where possible), device type, pages visited and interaction with ads. Google, acting as an independent controller and processor for the relevant parts of that processing, handles this data under its own privacy policy and the standard contractual clauses that apply to transfers outside the European Economic Area.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary for that service:
Hosting provider — stores the website and the data submitted through our forms.
AI service provider — processes calculator inputs to generate an estimate (see Section 4).
Email service provider — used to send and receive business correspondence.
Google Analytics and Google Ads — only once you grant consent via the cookie banner (see Section 5).
We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger or sale), in which case we would notify you.

International data transfers
Some of our service providers (including our AI service provider, Google, and hosting providers) may process data outside Serbia or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on mechanisms that ensure an adequate level of protection, such as adequacy decisions and the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

How long we keep data
Quote form inquiries — retained for the duration of any business relationship, and up to 24 months afterward for record-keeping and follow-up, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting rules).
AI calculator inputs — processed at the moment the estimate is generated and not stored permanently, unless you carry them over into the quote form.
Hashed IP addresses used for rate limiting — kept for at most 60 minutes, then automatically deleted.
Cookie data — retained per the periods set by Google Analytics and Google Ads once enabled, and as described in the site's cookie notice at that time.
Once a retention period expires, we delete the data or anonymize it so it no longer identifies you.

Data security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), restricting data access to authorized personnel, and regular security review of our systems. The site does not collect or store payment card data.
While we make reasonable efforts to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

Find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure
Request deletion of your data once there is no longer a valid basis to keep it ("right to be forgotten").

Request that we temporarily limit how we process your data.

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Object to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.
Lodge a complaint
File a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; EU residents may contact their local authority.

Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. The detailed quote form requires an explicit confirmation that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected a minor's data, we will delete it without delay.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, particularly when we introduce new tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, or when relevant law changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We will highlight material changes prominently on the site.
